This programme is for those who aspire to become clinical psychologists and psychotherapists. Developed in line with international standards, programme covers all essential areas in both theoretical and practical aspects through class room teaching and supervised training placements. Aim of the curriculum is to produce practitioners who are skilled and confident to work independently after the period of supervised training.

Supervised Training

This Programme includes a 250h supervised placement to complete the course requirements and another 250h of supervised training to meet the practitioner criteria. Placements are arranged by CIRP in coordination with clinics, organizations and hospitals.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or

Bachelor’s Degree in a related Field (Ex. Medicine, Nursing, Social Work, Education) + Psychology / Mental Health Work Experience 


Bachelor’s Degree in any Field or

Equivalent Academic or Professional Qualification + 120 UK Credits in Psychology (Ex. Diploma)

Language Requirements

Evidence of High Proficiency in English Language (Ex. Completed a Degree in English Medium) 

Or IETLS 6.5 or Equivalent
